Order & Payment FAQs

How Do I Send A Payment?

Credit/Debit payments may be made anytime, instantly and securely, from the comfort of your home or cell phone, with any of the below options.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.

Preferred Payment Method:
    --- Use our Square store at squareup.com/market/bonell-photography, to send a Booking Retainer, reserve a Mini Session, send in a payment through your pre-arranged Payment Plan, etc.

You may also send in payments via:
    --- Square's CASH app at cash.me/$JuliBonell to securely send a Debit payment.
    --- Our direct PayPal link at 
paypal.me/Bonell to securely send a Debit or Credit payment, or  for your pre-paid *Sports Picture Day orders.


* Payments must  include details as to exactly what your payment should be applied to. All Payment processing sites (Square Store, CashMe & PayPal) include areas to leave a note. If you send your details separately from the payment, there is no guarantee that the information will be connected.

* Sports Orders, after 3 days following picture day, can be made anytime, directly through your team's online gallery. Your team's gallery will be available following the delivery of the pre- ordered prints to your school or league.

* Credit/Debit payments may be made in person prior to your portrait session if there is a wi-fi connection available on site. Please let us know ahead of time, if this is your intention.



How Do I Set Up Payment Arrangements?
Easy, monthly or bi-monthly *payment arrangements may be made for any of our Wedding Packages, Session Packages, Collections or Print Orders made through Juli. Simply fill out our form and click submit, then Juli will set everything up and get back to you with any details.
Please remember that images and orders will not be edited, view-able, ordered or delivered until your balance due is paid in full.
*Self or secure Auto Deduction options are also available.



How do I Place a Print Order?
There are 3 ways to send in your order:

2. Schedule to meet with me (Juli) for an *In Person Ordering Session (IPOS) or 
3. Request our Detailed Pricing Guide via Email and place your print or custom order directly through Juli via our online order form at: http://www.jotform.us/BonellPhotography/Order.
Once I receive your order, I will email you an itemized Payable Invoice with your total due, within 2 business days. You may then pay through the invoice to approve and activate your order. 


When Is My Balance Due?
Payment's are due in full, prior to your session or before your order is placed. Since Square and PayPal provide instant payment, your order is placed usually within 1 business day following the receipt of your payment. In turn, you receive your photographs much quicker with these forms of instant online payment. Orders are not placed until payment is received in full. Payment Plan Options are available. See Below for details. We also use Square or PayPal to email your Invoices. You may choose to pay through the invoice or another one of the methods listed above.


What Happens at an IPOS?
During my full service IPOS (In Person Ordering Session), we meet one-on-one in my studio so that I may help you choose the best images for your needs, space, and budget, show you examples of our products, and guide you through the Order Form and place the order for you. 
I also check with my vendors prior to your IPOS, for any current specials being offered by my vendors, so that I may then forward those savings on to you.



How do I "Buy Photos" From My Online Gallery
You can place both digital and print orders straight from your gallery at any time! Simply click the "Buy Photo" button that appears in your gallery and follow the steps through the selection and payment process to the end.  You will also be given options to select individual images or one of our selected packages as well as enter your Print Credit / Coupon Code (if you've been given one) within the payment information. 




How Do I Use My Print Credit / Coupon Code?
If you have a Print Credit or Coupon Code, enter it at the top of the payment information page during checkout, and the amount will be automatically deducted from your total. 
Payment can be made securely with any Credit, Debit or PayPal account, and no spam will be sent to your email.
