The Session Fee covers

We take the time to personalize each session, scout or make arrangements for the perfect location just for you, as well as the many hours of post production work we put into our images. We don't take snapshots, we are artists. There is a lot more put into each and every image than the simple click of the shutter. It is definitely worth the investment.

NO PRINT PURCHASE REQUIRED: You are not required to make a minimum purchase with us. Prints and digital images may be pre-ordered at reduced rate or purchased separately following the reveal of your completed images at regular price.

Don't Forget...

** Add the tax! (8.4% tax is required with your payment.)
** Sitting fee is due prior to your portrait session. (Cash, Check or PayPal)
** Total number of images and selection, depend on the individual session results. Images chosen are at photographer's discretion, based on the best expression, location and overall look and feel of each image.
** All CD's, Print Advances and Print Credits are non-refundable.

VIEWING YOUR IMAGES

Roughly 2-4 weeks following your session, you may either meet with us for a Viewing Appointment (upon request), or you will be emailed a link to your gallery of images. You and your family may view, share and order your prints right from your gallery or through us for 4 weeks. After those 4 weeks, the gallery will be closed. (See information on re-opening your gallery, below.)
We work hard to keep our print prices and packages low so that they are affordable for everyone.

RE-OPEN your locked gallery for 6 months for a non-refundable $50 fee.

** This fee will be applied as a PRINT ADVANCE to be used toward your print order if placed within those 6 months.
** Galleries with a CD /Digital Download purchase will remain open.

CD / Digital Download $400

Purchasing a CD (or Digital Download) of all your professionally enhanced images allows you the flexibility of printing when and where you like, at the photo lab of your choice as well as having the images preserved for generations to come. At the same time, you will still have the option of ordering any of our custom designed works of art like our amazing Photo Books.

We have done extensive research to find you the best professional print lab and chosen it for your orders through our site. Print purchases through our website are guaranteed to have outstanding quality that far surpasses any local print labs for miles around. We use a professional photographer's lab based in California and their turnaround time is incredible. However, if you purchased a CD of your images and would like to order prints & product elsewhere, we recommend:Pinhole Press and Mpix

TRAVEL COSTS

We will gladly travel to the location of your choice. If the distance is beyond 30 miles from our home in Hoquiam, we only charge $25 to cover our gas and extra time between 30-150 miles outside of our local area.
* No Travel Cost for Grays Harbor and part of northern Pacific County including the following areas:
Hoquiam, Aberdeen, Central Park, Montesano, Brady, Satsop, Elma, Cosmopolis, Markham, Westport, Grayland, Raymond, South Bend, Ocean Shores, Copalis, Moclips, Wishkah and Humptulips.

For events more than 150 miles from our home, reimbursement of Lodging and Airfare (if necessary,) must be provided in advance.
